About Zoe

Zoe began her path in life as a dancer at the age of 4. This was her passion, which took her all over the world.  

After exploring different Yoga disciplines, she discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Zoe had to focus inwards through the use of breath and was amazed at the inner peace she discovered.

In 2007, she went to Yoga Thailand to do an intensive 2 months teachers’ training.

2010 Jason Bergin introduced Zoe to Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding and together they created Sup Yoga Bournemouth. Zoe is now a trainer for ASI in Sup Yoga

By 2015, Zoe was awarded the title of Senior Yoga Teaching with Yoga Alliance.

Her new and exciting project is The Yoga Trapeze and Zoe is excited to offer Yoga Trapeze classes in Bournemouth/Poole. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly,harmonising breathing and movement that will build strengthen and flexibility whilst rebalancing your body and mind.

The movement practice of Vinyasa is said to begin with T Krishnamacharya who has had the largest influence on how yoga, in general, is practiced today.

All levels are welcome beginner or experienced. 

Ashtanga Yoga  

Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you move through a set sequence.  

One of the main goals of Ashtanga is to establish a consistent daily practice: Whether it’s a good, hard, downright-awful, or anything-in-between, you still practice. Let your breath guide you.

All levels are welcome beginner or experienced. 

Sup Yoga 

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga is a unique activity that combines a variety of asanas on the water.  The paddleboard makes a great yoga mat, and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies the yoga routine, making it one of the best cores & balance workouts. It is easy to learn and great fun.

If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a stand-up paddle board will reinvigorate you and become the highlight of your week. Whether you are a beginner or an avid yogi, we can promise that you will have the most amazing time!

Sup Yoga creates physical, mental and spiritual harmony, while peacefully floating on the water.
