With over 20 years’ experience as a Psychology lecturer, Charlotte Is also a Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Weight Loss Consultant. Charlotte is fascinated with our relationship with food and has developed a weight management programme based on the principles of mindfulness and intuitive eating practices. 

Mindful eating workshop and practice: 

I will be offering you the opportunity to experience some Mindful eating meditation practice in my workshop. Along with some advice on how to achieve mindfulness in your day to day relationship with food. Come along and experience a Chocolate Mindful eating exercise (yes, I just put chocolate and exercise together in the same sentence!) 

The practice of mindfulness is steeped in the Buddhist tradition’s rich history, which is over 2,500 years old. Yet the simple principles I will teach you can offer many benefits when applied to modern lifestyles. Mindfulness simply encourages you to be wide-awake in whatever you are doing and whenever you’re doing it. 

Mindful eating is so important to achieve, the aim of mindful eating is to allow people the opportunity to regain an instinctive connection with what we know works best as far as food and eating is concerned. If your relationship with food is problematic, this workshop will be useful to you. 

I will give you tools that will help you to stop mindless eating. I will teach you how to nourish your body and soul. The workshop will help you to listen and respond to your body’s unique needs, so that you can nourish your health, wellbeing, and vitality.
