Sarah Faulkner: Transformational Breath® Facilitator
Transformational Breath® is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.
I have worked with conscious connected breathing for over 15 years and I see Transformational Breath® as a unique holistic tool that enables a higher grade of connection with life to be experienced, and safely. I currently have a special interest in working with post-traumatic stress and lifting the ‘fog’; fear, obligation and guilt.
I will offer mini individual guided breathing sessions which include some ‘breathing analysis’ on a sign up basis, about 15 mins per person. Saturday 22nd from between 8:00am-12:00pm, in Helen John’s marquee as it is available that time. I have all my own ‘stuff’ that I’ll bring along as we will lie on the floor and I will come down to see the set up on Friday afternoon and leave a sign up sheet for Sat with Helen.
I have insurance to work as a TB facilitator with Balens insurance, (includes public liability), and am a member of TBFUK, (https://www.transformationalbreath.co.uk/), and am DBS checked (through Bournemouth University where I do TB with students ), first aid certificate until March 2021.
