As a Mindfulness practitioner I love sharing the goodness and kindness that comes from practising this amazing technique which is freely available to all of us. Mindfulness and yoga have been an important part of my life for many years – helping me to relax and keep things in perspective. During the last year my on-line sessions have been verypopular – with feedback from clients saying they have slept better, felt less anxious and more able to accept the challenging situation.
I’m looking forward to providing sessions at this amazing event on Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 10 am & 11 am. We will connect with our senses, bringing ourselves into the present moment, slowing down, allowing the mind to quieten and the body to soften. I will share a number of foundational mindfulness techniques with you to reduce stress, connect to your inner calm and raise self-awareness.
