Thanks for joining us at this year’s Beach Yoga Fest 2021.

Here are a few more details for you: 

HOW TO BOOK A YOGA CLASS? 
Classes in Zones 1 & 2 and in Teepee 1 & 2 you DO NOT need to book, just turn up for the session, there will be plenty of space.

Aerial Yoga is sign up on the day for a session time, there will be a sign up sheet at the Aerial Zone

SUP Yoga is first come first served, spaces are limited and the sessions are weather dependant.

HOW MANY CLASSES CAN I JOIN? 
We know that you might want to try as many classes as possible, but please leave yourself enough recovery time in between classes. The main thing is that you enjoy yourself, without pushing yourself too hard. Think about the classes that you would like to take part in and do any more than you can handle.

WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE? 
There will a selection of yoga classes including – Sun Salutation Sunset Yoga, Gong Bath, Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa and SUP yoga (weather / tide permitting). Our team will have a list of names for everyone who has purchased a ticket. 

WHAT SOCIAL DISTANCING RESTRICTIONS WILL YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
As per our event plan, signed off by BCP Council and the Seafront Teams, we will be implementing a range of guidelines to help keep people safe and socially distanced when taking part in classes and when entering and leaving the event. We request that participants are always mindful of their proximity to others and where needed remain at a safe distance to avoid crowding an area.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? 
A yoga mat (we cannot offer mats due to Covid restrictions), water, towel and maybe a change of clothing if you wish. No alcohol can be brought into the event. 

WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY BAG? 
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for attendees’ belongings and valuables at the event.

DO I NEED ID AND IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT? 
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult if they are taking part in a class. Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation or show us via an email confirmation on your mobile. 

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING OPTIONS? 
If travelling by train, Bournemouth is served by South West Trains and has a regular service in and out of the town. 
If travelling by car, Bournemouth can be approached on the A338 from the North East and the A35 from the South/West. If coming from M3, take M27 then A338. 
Car parks are located on Bath Road and Westover Road. As well as cash, payments can also be made by your mobile phone via PayByPhoneApp and Credit/Debit card. Please visit www.bournemouth.gov.uk/parking to see what other car parks are available in the local area.

WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY? 
Unfortunately, we have a strict no refund policy. Please take care reading the ticket information before finalising your booking. 

DO I HAVE TO BRING PROOF OF TICKET PURCHASE ON THE DAY? 
Ideally yes, but do not worry as we will have a list of names for everyone who has pre-purchased tickets. 

IS IT OKAY IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN’T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS? 
If the person who is attending can show a valid and pre-paid ticket on arrival, it does not matter. 

ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
As a family event the organisers will not condone any anti-social behaviour (being aggressive to staff or attendees, being drunk, taking drugs, lewd behaviour, ignoring social distancing rules and guidelines). Any attendees who are deemed to be causing issues and spoiling the event for others, will be removed by security. In some cases, the Police will be contacted.   

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE EVENT? 
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE DAY? 
Yes. You will be able to buy a ticket at the main entrance and registration area. 

DO CHILDREN GET IN FOR FREE? 
Entrance is FREE for children under the age of 3 and half price for children under 10 years of age.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY 
Visitors may be filmed or photographed for marketing purposes at the event. 

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
If there are adverse weather conditions that the organisers feel would jeopardise attendees, or severely limit the organisers’ ability to put on the event, then it will be cancelled. The local council and the insurance company will be consulted to ensure the correct decision is being made from a health & safety point of view.
