Originally from Czech Republic, Prague, Karla took her first hot yoga class 10 years ago in Manchester. For her it was a love from the first sweat and soon she started her daily practice in her home studio Yoga Lounge! The change yoga provided – not only for her – but others around her, has made her feel so passionate that she knew she would like to share it with others. In 2014 she graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in LA. She says it was the most challenging, changing and rewarding 2 months she has experienced. Falling in love with different yoga styles and practices, she has also trained in Aerial, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Karla’s approach to teaching and practicing yoga is in finding the balance between strength, flexibility, exertion and release. Compassion, an open mind, a sense of belonging and willingness to change, grow, step out of the comfort zone is what she loves to share with students.
