Yoga is my passion as well as seeing the happy smile on my sons face, and not forgetting my chocolate labrador.
I like to think of yoga as body and mind maintenance and the earlier we can start practicing yoga the better, although it’s never too late to start the journey “on your path”.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008 for my teacher training diploma and a natural progression for me was to continue my training specialising in children’s Yoga with Yoga Bananas in 2010. In 2011 I completed the BWY pregnancy yoga module and recently, 2019 I attended an in service training day covering working with special needs, mental health, and the elderly.
Feeling grateful and blessed and open to keep on learning, and experiencing all the new wonderful threads of yoga evolving. Enjoy the Yoga Beach Fest.
Peace and love.
