I’m a passionate instructor who believes movement helps us find our true selves.
My background is in dance and after completing my degree in this subject I began my teaching journey. A couple of years of teaching dance then lead be to my yoga path where I started to do some self practice to be kinder to my body. My initial attraction to yoga was the physical aspect but as I soon went on to complete my training, I discovered it was not just having a positive aspect on me physically but also mentally. I completed my yoga training in Chew Valley and the style is flowed based where the outlook is to find a way to for the yoga to suit you rather than fitting yourself to suit the yoga.
Yoga has helped me find contentness in the moments of stillness. It has taught me to be kinder and respect myself more. My plan is to share this with all my students and continue to find more parts of myself along the way. Yoga can never completed, it’s something that becomes part of your life and I am so grateful to see others impliment this into their daily lives after attending classes.
My style of teaching is playful and in the class find the moment to be free and have fun with the movement. Yoga is your time to play!
My session is 8am on the Saturday morning and I can’t wait to meet you all!
